In the heart of St. Petersburg, a new orthopedic facility has emerged, marking a significant expansion of services for Pinellas County patients. Florida Orthopaedic Institute – St. Petersburg, formerly known as All Florida Orthopaedic Associates, has unveiled its state-of-the-art 60,000 square-foot building, boasting 40% more clinic capacity than its former Fourth Street location.
Managing partner Dr. Paul Pagano attributes this growth to the community's evolving needs, stating, "Our practice and our families have been part of this community for over 40 years... We knew that if we were to continue to serve our community with the same level of excellence and service, we would need to expand to grow alongside our community." The facility's design prioritizes patient experience, featuring a double-sized physical therapy and rehabilitation center, as well as an expanded imaging suite equipped with cutting-edge technology, including CT, Open MRI, X-ray, and musculoskeletal ultrasound capabilities.
Notably, this new location is home to the first orthopedic-focused urgent care center in St. Petersburg, providing walk-in access for fractures, sprains, strains, and sports-related injuries. According to Dr.
